There’s lots of speculation about what will happen with mortgage rates, as they’ve leveled out the past few months at an all time low. This article may be helpful to those of you who are on the buyer end, worrying about any delays in securing a home and your loan at these ridiculousLy low rates.
I recall my first home loan “way back when”. Rates had fallen, and we were ecstatic to secure a 14% APR...woohoo! Life is all about perspective, isn’t it?
